Bangladeshi Cricketer Rubel Hossain in Robi Commercial

 

Bangladeshi Cricketer Rubel Hossain becomes Model from Cricketer. Recently he has signed a TV commercial with mobile phone operator ROBI.

Rubel Hussain was the most discussed cricketer due to the scandal with Bangladeshi actress Naznin Akter Happy mostly knows as Happy. But he left all of the criticism by his outstanding performance in ICC Wordl Cup 2015.

This is the First TV Commercial of Rubel Hossain. In the TVC, Rubel will lead the upcoming marketing campaign of Bangladeshi Mobile Operator Robi.

He said “The commercial features me as a cricketer that is why I am very comfortable. As a professional player I belong to cricket, and my dreams centre on the game. I would like to thank Robi for tagging me with them. Also I am grateful to the people of the country for their support.”


The TVC was directed by Adnan Al Rajeev.

Bangladesh Cricket Board has announced the itinerary for Pakistan’s Tour of Bangladesh 2015. First ODI will be held on April 17, 2015 Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium, Dhaka.


It is mentioned that the tour was almost stuck due to the dealing of some facilities demanding by Pakistan Cricket Team.

New Bangladesh Cricket Team Jersey fo the ICC World Cup 2015 has been revealed. Honorable Prime minister of People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina handed over the new jousey for the ICC World Cup 2015 to the Bangladesh Cricket Team Captain for the World Cup 2015 Mashrafe Bin Mortaza.


Bangladesh Cricket Board ( BCB) president Nazmul Hassan Papan also present on the occasion along with all the players and staffs.

Bangladesh Cricket Team will leave for the Australia on January 24, 2015 for the World Cup 2015 tour. Players and officials went to meet with the Prime Minister at her house. She wished the Tigers good luck and had some motivating words for the team.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has declared the Bangladesh Cricket Squad for the ICC World Cup 2015 which will be held in Australia and New Zealand. BCB President Mr. Nazmul Hasan MP announced the 15 Members Squad of Bangladesh Cricket Team for the World Cup 2015 while Shafiul Islam as the stand-by 16th squad member, and also said that there would be a 17th member who would also fly to the World Cup for the preparatory stages but it was still undecided regarding who would be picked for that spot.

At-last match fixture of ICC World Cup 2015 has been published by ICC.The ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 will be host by Australia and New Zealand. So ICC World Cup is going back to Australia and New Zealand after 23 years when last time Imran Khan led the Pakistan to win World Cup in 1992.

14 team will participate in ICC World Cup 2015 where they are divided into two groups of seven, each team will play six pool matches before the top 4 in each group to proceed to quarter-finals, semi final and final. World Cup 2015 will have 49 matches which will be held in 14 cities from February 2015 to March of 2015.

Melbourne will host the World Cup final in 2015, while Sydney and Auckland will host semi-finals just as they did in 1992.

Bangladesh National Cricket Team arrived at Bangladesh From Srilanka Tour

Bangladesh National Cricket team has arrived from Srilanka Tour- 2013 at Hazrat Shahjalal Airport , Dhaka. Bangladesh Team were welcome with flowers at the airport.

 

Except Ziaur Rahman and Mosharrof Hossain Jewel all other members of the team arrived at Bangladesh. During the tour Bangladesh played 2 tests,3 ODI and 1 Twenty Twenty match against Srilanka. Bangladesh Lost test series by 1-0, draw ODI series by 1-1 and lost T20 by 1-0 to Srilanka.

Tamim Iqbal is out from the Srilanka Tour Due to Finger Injury

Bangladeshi opening batsman Tamim Iqbal has ruled out from the rest of the series of Srilanka tour due to hairline fracture on his right thumb. Tamim Iqbal has felt in injury while fielding in the first ODI in Hambantota. Earlier in the innings he has scored a century for the Bangladesh.


Tamim got hurt while he was trying to stop a shot from Kushal Perera.He started wringing his hand in pain after being struck by the ball.Later on he was taken to the hospital for the X-ray and found fracture.


Later on Tamim said - "It is a fracture which normally takes around 4-6 weeks.For further information, I will go to Dhaka day after tomorrow. I will have an MRI, but it is definitely a fracture."

Bangladesh lost their 1st ODI to Srilanka.
